My name is Alan Tate I met Susie in July when I was driving through the Cobb Mountain area and just loved it. When I met Susie she was very helpful and very professional and as we were looking for my new home she was very willing to help me look at any house I was interested in. During the time of purchasing my new home I was in a very bad motorcycle accident, she was very helpful and would bring all of the documents and paper work to where I was living at the time. She always kept me informed as to what was going on during the whole time of the purchase. It was great to have her return every call that I made to her in a timely fashion. There were about four weeks where I was unable to walk so Susie had the escrow extended to close to the point where I was on my feet some what. I felt that Susie was always looking out for my best interests during the whole transaction. She had a handyman and a cleaning lady ready to do any work that was needed and her husband was also willing to help me move some things when I moved into the house.
